Pictures of Phoenix planning committee in October 2023 taken by me. Dozens of local residents came to demonstrate in favour of the project, following a summer of engagement and communications. Ahead of the committee, I co-wrote and edited an open letter to the members of the National Park. Members voted to defer the decision; later voting for a resolution to grant in February 2024. The below video, which I created with Echo Video, captured the moments after the decision.
